On February 24th, Head International held a speech defense for the South China sales manager competition. Through the form of "online+offline", the competition was presided over by the Director of the Business School, Mr. Liang, and attended by the Chairman, Mr. Cheng, the company's executive team, and the managers of the South China branch as judges.

The competition adheres to the principles of "fairness and impartiality, prioritizing morality, fully utilizing talents, and performance orientation", and is conducted through speeches and defenses. The candidates will be connected in the order of drawing lots, and based on their own work experience, they will give speeches on self introduction, job understanding, competitive advantages, and job planning. They will also defend themselves based on the questions raised by the judges.
